Quantum Leap Coaching is a coaching strategy for redefining, redirecting and renewing your personal and professional life. We provide focus, encouragement, and support to clarify and expand your vision of what is possible for yourself, your business, relationships, or career.
We believe that, once a different way of thinking has been established, positive change can happen in sudden and profound Leaps. There may be a number of small steps leading to that giant Leap, but there comes a sudden, defining moment - a Quantum Leap Moment - when our desire for a new way of being, living and experiencing the world is so powerful that it acts as a catalyst for deep and lasting change.
We use a wide spectrum of behavioral and developmental techniques to help you change the way you think, live and work. This method of coaching is fundamentally based on the premise that a breakthrough in thinking can trigger a powerful momentum for both personal and professional growth, transformation and success - however way you define it.
We enable you to develop new plans, increase confidence and self-awareness, create effective new habits, apply new knowledge and skills, and improve performance. How does Coaching work?
Quantum Leap Coaching helps people identify the areas they want to improve in one or many areas of their personal or professional life, and can be applied to most physical, mental, and emotional aspects of an individual's life.
The coaching process is based on a working and supportive relationship, which ultimately encourages and assists the client to clarify their personal vision, recognise their values and motivations, and achieve their goals. This alliance between coach and client is confidential, unconditional and objective at all times. We always focus on the client's agenda and work with the framework of their success.
The main objective of any coaching session is to help you discover your own answers to every question or challenge you may have, and above all, to help you learn how to make choices that create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Generally, we guide you through a coaching process similar to the following and help you to:
• Identify your values and beliefs
• Look at your current life situation and discover what's really
• important to you at this moment in time
• Discover what really drives you and clarify what your really want
• Draw up a list of goals
• Explore your options
• Create an action plan
• Commit to the plan
• Take action to achieve your goals
• Celebrate your achievements
There is no typical life coaching session as all clients are different, and therefore, we usually tailor the sessions according to your needs and preferences.
How are the Sessions Structured?
Free Initial Consultation
This meeting takes place before the official coaching sessions begin, and before any commitments have been made between the coach and client. This is where introductions take place, terms and conditions are explained, and a coaching agreement reached. The frequency, duration, and contents, as well as the ground rules of the coaching sessions are established. This consultation is also obligation-free as we pride ourselves for providing quality service and value to all our clients. If you decide to work with us we set up weekly/fortnightly one-to-one meetings.
Discovery Session
This is the first official coaching session. It's where the coach and client begin to design a coaching alliance - this involves discussing and agreeing issues such as your definition of success; clarifying your values and beliefs; your desired goals and outcomes, preferred style of interaction, or any other circumstances that need to be taken into account so that you gain optimum results from the coaching partnership. We mainly assess where you are today and where you would like to be in the future. We take your personal and professional needs and concerns into consideration as these will largely determine how your action plan will be structured. This first session provides the foundation for what follows.
Core Sessions
Once we have a framework to work from, we work with you to co-create the action steps you will take throughout the month to start realising the goals you have set for yourself. Here, we concentrate on the actual coaching process itself, making use of coaching tools, techniques and models. Throughout these core sessions, driven only by your agenda, our role is primarily to encourage you to see your challenges and opportunities for change from new perspectives, giving you new choices in how you view the world - allowing you to make Quantum Leaps in the way you feel, think and act. We provide feedback and evaluation throughout these core sessions and at the end of our agreed period. Along the way, we will have smaller milestones to check your progress while making sure you are satisfied with your own progress. Our main objective is to help you to discover and explore your own strengths and weaknesses, as well as values, vision and purpose.
In between sessions we invite you to complete exploratory and thought provoking exercises, as well as complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personal or professional goals. All this, together with our powerful and challenging style of questioning, prepares the way for a whole new level of thinking and experiencing the world.
To achieve maximum results we employ a variety of skills, tools and processes - including visualization, values clarification, and creative thinking - along with intuition to explore, stimulate, challenge and guide you towards your desired outcomes, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.

Core Principles of Life Coaching
Coaching is future oriented and focuses on a person's current life; it's primary aim is to explore and generate as many options and choices for the client to improve their overall performance.
Goals of Life Coaching
Personal and Professional Coaches work with clients who are already functioning well, but have a desire to evolve and enhance their lives, and want to achieve specific goals. Coaching establishes what a person's reality is today, and then designs clear steps in the present to move clients into their desired future.
Coaching Relationship
the Coach/Client relationship is an equal partnership, and the client is believed to have all the answers and resources to deal with life challenges. Life Coaches often use a variety of coaching techniques and tools to help inspire and challenge their client's viewpoint, and often act as a catalyst for change. Finally, the coaching relationship tends to be fairly short-term and solution/results focused.
